Help for Pervasive Development Disorders
Pervasive development disorders (PDD), Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) is a ’sub threshold’ condition in which some - but not all - features of autism are identified. The term Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified is defined as a marked impairment of social interaction, communication, and/or stereotyped behavior patterns or interests, but when full features for autism are not met.
